Katharine Hurst
Katharine graduated from Goldsmiths University with a degree in Drama and Theatre Arts in 2002. She then went on to gain a diploma in Acting from the Guildford School of Acting where she won the Acting Cup. Since graduating she has worked extensively in theatre and television, most notably playing Julia in the award winning BBC Documentary ‘Pompeii The Last Day.’ She has led tours and workshops nationally and is very proud to be the co-founder of Scene productions. Other Credits include Rebecca (Cancer Tales), Juliet (Romeo and Juliet) Marina (Pericles) and Sally (Lie of The Mind)



Kelly Taylor
Kelly graduated from the university of East Anglia with a BA (hons) degree in Performing Arts in 1999 after gaining a HND at Newcastle College. She then went on to gain a diploma in acting at the Guildford School of Acting. Her other skills include, qualified dance teaching, stage combat and choreography. Kelly is a co-founder of Scene Productions and is very proud of its success. Due to her love of dance & drama and working with children she has toured nationally & taught for over 2yrs and went onto America MA, directing, choreographing and staging shows with students. Some of her credits include; Nora (A Doll’s House) Lady Percy (King Henry IV) Deb’s (Tora Bora – short film) Sally (Lie of the mind. Waitress (Aracna, Ch 4).



Ron Price
Ron is an Advanced Skills Teacher for Drama and Head of a Performing Arts faculty. He is also responsible for all Initial Teacher Training at his comprehensive school. Ron is a moderator for AQA AS and A2 Theatre Studies and author of GCSE Drama (Heinemann). He is a trustee of The Learning Through Action Company and Course Director of The Ufton Drama Summer School. Ron leads a range of INSET courses for teachers on teaching Drama at Advanced level for Keynote Educational.



Tracy Collier
Tracy Collier has been a director for the past 12 years following a successful acting career in all genres of theatre. She has throughout her career continued to research and study her field of expertise and at present is working alongside one of the worlds most eminent authorities on Laban studies Valerie Preston-Dunlop. Alongside freelance directing and teaching Tracy also has her own theatre company Time4Change which she has developed in order to explore more fully the role of theatre in society as a voice for all those who have none. Her most recent work Silence: A Language was seen in March this year at the Electric Theatre in Guildford.



Joe Toakley
Joe worked for a number of years as an A-Level drama teacher and continues to lead practical workshops and seminar sessions at venues across the UK. He is also a creative leader and tutor at the Ufton Drama Summer school where he specializes in comedy and physical theatre. Since leaving drama school, Joe has achieved a number of professional credits which include: Matt Denant in ‘Escape,’ alongside various roles in ‘The Good Person of Szechwan,’ ‘Fear and Misery of the Third Reich’ and Galy Gay in ‘Man Equals Man.’
